Win! Looking good Nice to see people doing car stuff during the winter. I wish we could do more
No updates with the Fit. Ordered the HR shifter box, but was on back order, hope it ships this month. Got my brake setup all picked out, just need to do my taxws to see if I can afford to buy it, lol
Got my HR shifter box today, thing is so nice.
Just playing around this is what it will look like when its mounted and in the car, so much better then that bulky RSX box
Weird! I have not seen a shifter like that before. What are the benefits to it?
Its a bolt in Shifter box for older hondas, to fit my car it will take some custom work. Its built stronger then the OEM shifter boxes and it has adjustments so I an have stock like shifts or nice short shifts. It also is very adjustable as to the height and position I want the shifter.
Must be a great feeling to have your shifter console cover the shift box again ehh? Looks great dude.
made some progress on the braket for my HR shifterbox. Hope I can get my bro to weld it up by this weekend
With the help of my brother we made progress on installing the shifterbox
The bracket all welded up
First test fit... We ended up test fitting a bunch of times
after several test fits anf hours later we felt we got it to a point where we wanted it so my brother welded it up
hope to finish the install this weekend.
I wish my welds looked that nice
Ha! Love! That shifter assembly is just so unique. It is a slight retro look to the interior of the car that I'm really digging I wish I could pay this much attention to the interior of my car Great work!
Haha... I love this car.
Keep it coming mang.
I was very excited to see your car last Wednesday! Looks awesome in person.
One of our friends just stared and stared and stared when you came into the meet. He was like "That don't sound like no Honda I know of."
LOL! It was great
got this the other day
and for the rear
I have never done anything more then changing pads and rotors so this might be interesting. I might even try to do a DIY when I do install the parts. Just waiting on brackets and the braided lines.
Are those Calipers? I'd love to see a DIY
yep, Im still waiting on the front brackets and brake lines I have never done a brake job like this before so I might be calling a friend of my brothers to help me out.
I've wanted to paint my calipers black (as much as Erik hates that) but they would look so much better
BUT if you need some help too. you can always bring it over. Erik is good with stuff like that
nom nom nom 4 pot calipers
This is a pretty nice build. Yep I have stared at it numerous times. Good work!
How much those Calipers set you back? I really like them.... I want them
