Anyone looking for a place to rent?

My roomate's moving out so I'm looking for a replacement. Don't have a definite timetable yet but I'm guessing it'll be in the next couple months here so figured I'd start to see if anyone's interested.

Details:
- 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhouse
- 1,600 sq. ft.
- Located in Apple Valley, a few blocks directly behind Home Depot (near Cedar and 42)
- You'll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and upstairs living room (no shared walls with me either!)
- Small backyard with patio, grill and fire pit
- Quiet and trouble-free neighborhood
- Rent: $550/mo + half of utilities (average $110 for electric, gas, DirecTV, wi-fi)
- I may be willing to extend a garage spot as well

Everything's negotiable but that's what my current roommate's paying.

LOL, I'm getting a little desperate trying to find someone but I suppose I can make ONE exception!

 

I am looking but more like... end of June or beginning of July. And I have a dog and a cat... :/ makes it a little more difficult but I am willing to pay $ pet rent, carpet shampooing on regular basis etc Also I am awesome and who WOULDNT want me and my animal entourage as roomates? ahhaha

 

If plans continue to open our St. Paul location for work it'd be great.. but that's quite the haul to Hudson every day for me. Looks like a great deal though.
