    'vowed' /= for sure.

i HIGHLY doubt it will be around much longer, the same train of thought is going around various other forums as well.

Porkys is a great place because it is centralized and plainly a 'car' place. I'll gladly support them until they are gone. :)

Other thinking is that Midway/Como is kind of that area I'd like to look at. But if Porkys goes away I'm not sure what is left with a lot, so we can be outside. Will have to take a drive to look around :)

Here are two potentials. Though not as centralized

    Dari
    -ette Drive In
    1440 Minnehaha Avenue East
    Saint Paul, MN 55106

    Sonic Drive In
    1960 Suburban Ave
    St Paul, Minnesota 55119

Seems like a good location. However idk about the whole loitering situation there. Thats why my vote is we stay with something aimed toward cars and also hanging out, I.E. Drive ins. Otherwise it would be a bunch of us going to like a park, and if I'm bringing the van at times idk how thatll go.

the cops over there would not be very happy.

that location is about 2 miles from my place, so yea.

Second vote for Sonic in Bloomington. Plus that's close to a Red Lobster and Olive Garden if we wanna get fancy.
Along with Jimmy Johns and Applebees.
So variety all in one centralized location.

    we could haunt central ave?

there's sonic, bdubs, applebees, yafa, and many other options?
what do you guys think of that

How big is the parking lot at the Bloomington location?

I do like the "39th Ave and Silver Lake Rd" idea. Hoping that maybe we can find something like this that is a little South (more central). But that is a good idea to find a little shopping mall area like that, that might have lots of food choices, but then also a large parking lot for us to take over.

It might be something where we chat with local owners or police to make sure they are okay with that. I have no issues asking if we find a good spot.

Its a normal sonic sized lot but theres an overflow lot around it as well. Its used by Eurowerks at times I think

i love sonic, i'd be down for that.
    or!
how about a parking ramp of a mall and we can go inside and hit up the food court or something?

Most lowered cars can't drive into the MOA parking ramp or EP without scraping very badly. But we could jump our cars at MOA....
