    Hi guys!

I crept up on some sonic meetings last summer not realizing this was where they came from. At the time I was NA but I am now turbo'd! I've been waiting for you guys to switch back to sonic because I'm located in Eden Prairie.

Anyway, I bought a 2004 Tiburon v6 bone stock in December 2011. I've since put way too much money and time into the car and come out with something else. The car is really a love/hate relationship. It's a car I've always loved (aside from how underpowered it is) but the lack of aftermarket support and as a direct result, the prices of any aftermarket support are ridiculous. This only adds to the passion and rarity in my opinion! You don't often see these cars on the road, let alone ones that look good!

I'm currently running 6psi daily around Eden Prairie. Looking to up the boost but I've got to upgrade internals first and that's a big and expensive endeavor ($1200 pistons). Until then I'll be working on aesthetics because there's plenty of room for improvement!

Enough words, here's the car in fall 2012 (on my old repainted stockers)! Hope I can find a spot with you guys here! Working on uploading some vids right now as I'm on a 3rd exhaust and don't want to share vids of the old one (obviously it wasn't doing it for me.)

Here are the mods in order of my memory (definitely forgetting a few things):

Custom turbo kit: custom up and down piping, cold side piping, .63 AR Ebay turbo, ebay intercooler, greddy type S BOV, battery relocated to trunk, custom CAI to turbo
    DC sports headers
    OBX Exhaust
    290cc injectors
    Walbro 190lph fuel pump
    One step colder plugs
    Apexi SAFCII
    Apexi Turbo Timer
    Raceland coilovers
RRM supercharger compatible front strut bar
Prosport boost gauge and Innovate MTX-L wideband mounted in a Glowsport A-pillar gauge pod
    New Pioneer deck
    15" L5 with a 1000 watt amp
    Diode Dynamics CCFL angel eyes
    6000k HIDs
All interior/exterior lighting changed to LED
    Tinted tail lights
Tuscani badge on trunk and debadged the tiburon emblem. Only left behind the GTV6.
    Switchback LED corners
    Custom grill
Ralco short throw shifter and knob
TWM shifter linkage and base bushings
    5zigen 18x7.5 wrapped in Contisports
8mm spacers in back (next purchase is ichiba adapters to flush things out)
    Custom eyelids
Plastidipped gills, highrise OEM spoiler (just put back on), rear diffuser, and soon to be door handles (if it doesn't look too obnoxious).

    Future plans:
CF hood, have yet to settle on the design
NIA lip kit, have yet to settle on a paint color for the car
    Refinishing wheels
New turbo and changing to external wastegate
Ultimately (way too expensive) new pistons
    and then MORE BOOST >:D

I'll be coming out tomorrow now that you're back at sonic. See you then?

I remember seeing an older Tib when i was in High School and wanting it for my first car :)

Welcome! Tell the snow to go away and we'll gladly go back to Sonic :) I think I need to find away to let people know that MNGG proudly brings to Weds at Sonic, lol.
