How To Install a Wink Mirror

This is how to install a wink mirror into a mz3/ms3, it's really easy to do

first, a few pros and cons about a wink mirror
pros
you can see everything!
cons
no dimming feature for late at night when an ass hole is blinding you from behind
blocks a little viability, I find my self having to look under it a bit, mostly up at stop lights
fogs up sometimes on cold mornings

no other brackets are needed

it just gets mounted with the screws in the sun visors with the brackets it comes with
this is the drivers side

and this is the passenger side


it barely clears the lights and stuff as you can see here

but it makes it

i guess i can't really see from the pictures, but what does it do?

 

That mirror is huge...

 

it replaces your rear view mirror and makes you see everything!
it's supposed to make it so you no longer have blind spots

 

And a perma sun visor. and a sticker place.

 

seems excessive.

there are panorama mirrors that aren't any larger than a normal rear view?

i guess it's not for me, but if you like it then more power to you.

 

Wink mirrors are the shitt1!!!!1!!1!!11! but not in a lowered car. At all. Period. Like the remainder.

I've always liked the concept but never installed one. Would eventually like to try one sometime but on a short little RX I don't think I'd even be able to see a stoplight from where you're supposed to stop at the intersection.
