its a Msport edition with hardtop 5 sp nardi package and the vLSD

i ditched the ATS wheels for the team dynamics wheels 9lbs each !!!


Spring parts install!!! i did a clutch shocks wires plugs and whipers!! i still need to do brakes and find a roll bar then she should be good for a while

Yes, I need one so I can pass tech and not die if I crash, also a harness the seatbelts are sketchy in miatas

 

Agreed. Erik had a hard time drilling holes in his car for the roll bar and 4 point. BUT it is way better after wards.

His issue afterwards was getting the seat low enough to have his helment under the roll bar. It is now a custom flat rail the seat is on and it is stationary.

 

What I'm inferring from this is that nobody makes seat lowering brackets for the Miata? I'm having a hard time sorting that one out...

 

I will have custome rails for my seat when it goes in

 

They are pretty low to begin with I think, but when you get a 6 foot guy with a helmet on, you are just a bit too tall Erik made his in a few hours, so nothing too crazy.

He might have removed foam from his Mazdaspeed seat also, but I don't remember.

 

My seat will also be foamless, sitting on the ground ftw

 

foamless? that seems like it would be uncomfortable
